I would recommend Iatric. Here is a web link -

We have been using them for several years and I know of no problems.

Subject: [MEDITECH-L] Medical Necessity

We are a new Meditech site and will be going live with Client Server
5.62 r4 on December 1, 2007. We are trying to decide what Medical
necessity package to use. Would anyone be willing to tell me what they
are using and how it is going? How much maintenance/update time is
spent? Do you do the checks in when you register the patient or when you
order the test? Any other features you really like or dislike?

Thank you,
