The IS Software Applications Financial Team is seeking a creative, self starting, out of the box problem solver, with excellent communication, analytical, and team building skills. Primarily supporting the Operating Room, Materials Management, and Quality Improvement departments to start. The successful candidate will also need flexibility, prioritization and multi-tasking skills, in order to assist with system implementations, report writing, interface programming, support and maintenance, and work flow redesign. Customer service is our key focus as we seek hands on, detail oriented individuals to help propel us towards our future state as a National Model for Urban Healthcare.
An RN with a blend of skill sets including OR operations experience, experience in Informatics, and supply chain management is the preferred plug'n-play background, especially if the systems experience includes MSM's medSURG product and MEDITECH's Materials Management product. A bachelor's degree in computer science is also helpful, as our team is a soup-to-nuts shop. We also utilize various software tools including Boston Software for scripting, the Microsoft Office Suite, and MS SQL.
