What a great idea. Who (what role) does your concurrent coding? How many
years would you say your organization has been doing coding that way?

Subject: [MEDITECH-L] Stroke Protocol Report

Good Morning!

I am working on some reports, and thought someone out there may have
already created this.

I am looking to run a report that looks at ABS for a certain DX code,
then goes to PHA and looks for a certain drug.

If the patient is not on that drug that I need them on the report.

So basically, If the patient has 427.31 (A-Fib) in the list of DX's in
ABS, then check and see if they are on Coumadin, if not print them.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!!!!

We are Magic 5.5...

Thanks in advance,

Sandi
