Please Post. We started using the Note function when we went up with the eMAR. The staff hated the canned text function, and the fact that tha medication note did not stay with the med. We ended up switching to the Comment function. I was hoping this would be a good intro into NUR documentation. Right now, the Hospitalists, PT and the case managers are using the Note function.
