I am trying to write a calculation that will:
Estimate Serum Creatinine Clearance (ml/min)
CrCl = (140 - age) x IBW / (Scr x 72) (x 0.85 for females)
Estimate Ideal body weight in (kg)
Males: IBW = 50 kg + 2.3 kg for each inch over 5 feet.
Females: IBW = 45.5 kg + 2.3 kg for each inch over 5 feet.
This is for the LAB I found this in Knowledge base, but it is a NPR Report, I
want a Lab Calculation. Article ID 17940
Also in Pharmacy I found Article ID 3332. Can anyone help? Thanks Tee
