Clinical Analyst Position
Candidate should possess clinical degree, expertise or strong background
in clinical software, preferably Meditech.
Hands on experience with software selection, testing and validation,
implementation, development and training with patient care software
applications preferred.
Able to provide analytical support to clinical departments by
investigating and resolving issues, as well as offering solutions to
maximize department efficiency and workflow.
The ideal candidate will have experience or interest in advanced
clinical projects such as online Clinical Documentation, EMAR or BMV
(Electronic Medication Administration Record and Bedside Med
Verification), Nursing POM (Provider Order Management), CPOE
(Computerized Physician Order Entry), EDM (Emergency Dept Management)
and a basic working knowledge of at least one core application such as
Order Entry, Pharmacy, Nursing, or Laboratory.
NPR Report Writer skills and HL7 interface knowledge are a plus.
Must be self-directed, with strong time management skills able to manage
multiple projects and workflow independently.
CCHC will consider training candidates with a strong clinical
background, excellent communication skills and a desire to participate
in advanced clinical IT related projects and teams.
