ReoPro (abciximab) 9. Magnesium Sulfate 40 grams 10. Potassium Phosphate 11. Sodium Bicarbonate 10 milliequivalents, 50 milliequivalents 12. Potassium Acetate 13. Sodium Chloride 3-5% 14. Infant/Pediatric antibiotics 15. Medications requiring PCA pump, epidural pump 16.
