Try getting hold of systems and load the Workstation debugger. It may help them diagnose the problem.

We currently have Leveno Laptops that are hardwired in patient rooms by the bedside. Periodically the users are getting Microsoft application errors from the Meditech Workstation Software. The only way to clear it is to click on the "Don't Send" error button and that kicks them out of Meditech. We are Magic 5.5 using workstation 4.20c. We've tried different workstation software but that isn't solving the problem.
