Can anyone tell me where the Payer ID codes for MSP claims need to go in an 837 file? These are the codes where Z is Medicare, A is Working Aged/EGHP, B is ESRD, G is Disabled/LGHP, etc. I can't find where these go and I have called Medicare 4 times and they can't/won't give me a spec ID. Can someone please clue me in? Thanks!
