We use Meditech Client Server 5.5 service release 2 and we use the ITS import function for reports typed in Word from our outsourced transcription service. But my question is trying to reconcile their line count report that differs greatly from the report Meditech generates. Does anyone know how Meditech generates its line count? The dictionary setting only lets you manipulate the characters per line but it still does not match up with the lines on the report in Word to the ones generated from Meditech.
