Because I had a number of requests to share this information: You need to make sure you have DTS 12949 loaded on your system for these to work. I got an immediate fix from this list for the HA1C; The number 1 is required as a prefix to the HA1C upload (i.e. 1HA1C) code (make sure the qc identifier is your control dictionary mnemonic). The patient specimens use a W prefix (i.e. WHA1C) on the upload/download codes. Meditech said to use 5 and 6 for the qc upload, but they didn't work, 1 did work for both levels as long as the instrument qc mnemonic matched the control dictionary mnemonic. For the urine chemistries, 8 is the prefix for the Level 1 qc and 9 prefix to Level 2.
