We use the Process Flowsheet for staff to see the trending and double check
charting completeness as an alternative to View History. Plus you can
document directly to the flowsheet if needed. It's the closest thing to
Iatrics Visual Flowsheet which I'd love to have but can't purchase right
now. We print out of the old flowsheet print routines to print out stuff
for physicians who refuse to go to PCI to view. But the Process Flowsheet
at this point is for our staff's benefit. I intend to compile some
physician specific views out of Process Flowsheets so they can view
information as an alternative to PCI. But I haven't completed my whole
vision for nursing usage yet. It's actually not that complicated to build -
it's very similar to the current Flowsheet Sections and Flowsheet Formats
that you build already. I'd be happy to answer specifics if you have other
questions. Good luck.
