Now that we have our Dimensions working correctly, I need help with a single test qc on the DPC Immulite 2000 analyzer - Hepatitis B surface ANTIBODY. Instrument shows test mnemonic of aHB, and our upload/download codes are AHB. This is a host query interface and patient specimens run and upload correctly. This test has its own 3 levels of control and I don't see any issues with the test or control dictionary entries. Meditech sees and pulls the correct level of control for an ID, but no results transmit for the controls. We have no issues with any of the other dozens of tests on the analyzer. Any ideas?
