My chaplains have asked for a report that lists patients in-house and whether they have had a chaplain type note documented in NUR. I am not having much luck in the NUR.NOTE DPM - I am getting a record for every note entered on a patient, and have been unable to select a certain note type and restrict to that. Has anyone accomplished that?
