There's always MOX. Just send yourself reminder notes with "Special Handling" to be mailed on future dates. Actually, I think Jeff's suggestion is best. In your original post you mentioned 14 separate daily orders, presumably Q ?28/30? Days. I don't think that would work, since you described the dosing as 14 consecutive days each month, which is different than 2 weeks on/2 weeks off.
