Good evening- I am working on the Sysmex CA560 interface and have some questions when running the Fibrinogen and D-dimer. Since there is the extended range test group, how does that work when you run the tests? Is there some dictionary setup, analyzer type setup thing- or is it just the way the tests need to be run? If we have a PT, PTT, Fibrinogen and D-dimer--- the PT, PTT and normal fibrinogen run fine..but not the D-dimer.
