We are getting ready to go live with Client Server HR module and had a couple of questions regarding the on line application. We are located in Missouri so not sure what applies or is necessary in other states. But, we are concerned with the lack of a Disclosure Statement on the application. The Disclosure Statement would include things like stating the application is a legal document, specifying how long the application would be kept on file etc. Also, there was not a criminal history question on the application (Have you ever been convicted of a felony?). Since the on line application is not able to be modified, we are wondering how others have met the need for the missing info? The only option we have seen to date is to ensure the applicant fills out a paper application to make sure that is on file if we decide to interview or hire them.
