Senior Analyst/Applications Specialist
S&A is currently seeking a Senior Applications/Systems Analyst, for our
client in the west Boston, MA area. Under the direction of the Laboratory
Information Systems Manager, leads and coordinates all aspects of major L.I.S.
Applications projects in multi-platform environment, from the definition of the
clients needs to the delivery of the complete applications package, with
procedures and documentation. The individual is responsible for the selection
or development, implementation, testing, documentation, maintenance and
utilization of applications software to effectively support the clinical or
business information systems needs of the Laboratory. Acts as a technical lead
and resource to the systems analyst.
The ideal candidate has a four year degree with 2-3 years experience with
Meditech L.I.S systems. The candidate should have outstanding communication
skills, be detail oriented and a team player.
Technical Implementation Specialist
S&A is currently seeking an experienced Technical Implementation
Specialist for our client in the New Jersey area. Our client is a subsidiary
of prestigious national lab having the unique forethought to create their own
cutting-edge IT solutions which offer state-of-the-art communications.
Responsible for all aspects of project management, the dynamic TIS position is
primarily responsible for the successful implementation of our client's
applications while overseeing and assisting in the development of technical
specifications. Extensive client interaction requires the TIS to have
excellent interpersonal and problem solving skills. Successful candidates must
be meticulously well organized, highly motivated, work well with others, and
have great written and verbal skills. The best candidate will be able to
manage multiple, complex technical issues, in a fast paced, team oriented
environment. Ideally, the right candidate will come from the healthcare /
laboratory industry, have experience with HL7, interface engines, customer
service, software development and have a BS degree. However, lack of specific
experience will be overlooked for the highly motivated candidate who can learn
quickly, communicate effectively, and work well internally as well as with
clients to provide the absolute best in customer service.
