I have successfully fired an MIS Notification from an attribute in a query. When you write a PHA Rule it actually ends up as a macro in PHA.RX.zcus.rx.rule - example, a PHA Rule named OBADMIT will be PHA.RX.zcus.rx.rule.M.obadmit and that's what you call from the query and it's logic.
