We have custom NPR reports for our IV labels that print to a Thermal
JJWILD Datamax printer. We noticed that when we decreased the chars/in
from 13 to 12 (to get a bigger font) that we lost a lot of special
characters (like =, !, @, ^). They just suddenly no longer printed on
the label. As soon as I increased the chars/in back to 13 they were
there. However, the font is pretty small. I was just wondering if
anyone has experienced this problem before and if there is something
else I can do other changing the chars/in to resolve it.

Thanks, in advance for any help!
