If you are using a standard field, use field attribute:
[EMAIL PROTECTED] (that's a zero)
If the field is computed use:
VAL=VALUE?0N
The result will print all characters in the field that contain numbers.
That might not be what you want though.
If you want to check to see if the whole thing is a number, you might
want to use something along the lines of:
CON=IF{L(@field)=L(@field?0N))}
or
VAL=IF{L(VALUE)=L(VALUE?0N) VALUE}
You should check the Meditech website for operators, specifically the
pattern operators for more information:
http://www.meditech.com/prrw/pages/RWcbASoperators.htm (C/S) or
http://www.meditech.com/prrw/pages/RWmbASperators.htm (MAGIC) (and no,
it's not misspelled. lol)

Subject: [MEDITECH-L] Question for NPR gurus
I have a field that I only want to print if the field is numeric. Is
there a way to write and IF statement for this or accomplish it in
another way?
Thanks!
