Has anyone reconstructed the Measuring and Monitoring Detail Report? I
am trying to add even more detail (oh, I don't know, silly things like
patient and date and time of event). We've discovered that this report
will count "one" for every time they scan and get an error, which sounds
just fine until you realize that it also includes when they stand and
scan the same error repeatedly while saying to themselves "This can't be
right. The computer must be wrong." So the same wrong incident that
should be one wrong armband scan now becomes two or three or six. The
statistics then become really strange.

Meditech tells me they have a report like this in Development, currently
with no timeline attached.

I'd appreciate anything anyone would be willing to share. Thanks so
much.
