Hi Marc,
I've done this exact same thing before in macro by looping through all
NUR.PC.WORK documentations on the patient in question, and looking for any time
an NUR.PC.WORK.td.value for a given query is recorded. The most recent
response is then stored in a variable, and the date and time of any subsequent
response is then compared to the stored time.
It looks as though you were on the right track, but I'm guessing you've limited
your options too much by passing in the intervention. The macro call I uses
passes in only the patient identifier (urn) and the query's mnemonic.

I have been trying to tackle this issue for a long time now and wonder
if you can help?
I am trying to obtain the last documentation of a query that can be
documented on in multiple interventions.
Naturally, I have all the standard checks in place, such as:

However, this set-up always provides me with the last documentation of
each intervention in which this query was documented on and I only need
the last possible on regardless of which intervention.
