Hello, We are a magic 5.6.1 facility. I am having an issue with the Contract Performance report. When this report is run and the self pay balance has been paid it is showing a variance even though the proration is spot on with the insurance payment and adjustment. Has anyone else had this problem? Am I missing something from my proration rule to account for the self pay payment? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
