I think I may know what to do here, since we already have a report that sends data in the proper UB92 format, but - in the interest of not reinventing the wheel - does anyone out there have an NPR report that they use to generate UB04 data for the Maryland QI Project? (Just for comparison purposes, I am attaching the UB92-compatible report we currently use.) TIA.
