Hello L'ers, We are C/S 5.5 sr2. We came up with the scheduling portion of ORM April of this year and are now beginning to work on the documentation piece. I am wondering how other users are addressing the documentation of the identification of the patient. We are concerned with the fact that if you make it a query asking who id'd the patient, that a user could type in anyone's name even though that person may not have truly id'd the patient. Does anyone have any kind of process in place to address this concern? I thought about a custom page to require electronic signature for the physicians....and for other users, just make them log on and record their own name, since that could be tracked via the audit trail. Any thoughts are greatly appreciated.
