Is anyone using the UR Discharge Summary and Plan Routines in ABS? I'm not sure if it's an acute vs behavioral health (which we are) issue, but where the concept for the screens looks good I can't seem to make it "fit" into anything workable and I really need to come up with a way to enter in more discharge information and be able to report on it. (We do not have NUR).
Considering that every person's discharge plan and where they are going is probably different I wondered if you were heavily populating the dictionary or have the "plan" be generic and gathering your data via a cds attached to each plan?
