We have a couple of users who at times vpn in from home.  When using
their laptops at work on the network, everything is fine.  When on the
VPN they go into process accounts in B/AR and see the process menu but
can't select any options.  The little select box is there, and the
cursor is blinking.  The num lock is on (we're Magic 5.5 sr2).  Any
