I have an Applications Analyst III position open on my Applications Team here at Suburban Hospital, located in Bethesda, MD. This position would serve as the clinical analyst for the Pharmacy Department, working with their departmental super users, to maintain, clean-up, and configure the MEDITECH Pharmacy module to perform optimally and to prepare the module for the future implementation of Bedside Medication Verification. In addition, this position will work with the Pharmacy Pyxis (Drug Dispensing Cabinet System) technician to ensure that the Pyxis interface with MEDITECH is performing properly. We have MEDITECH NUR installed as well as the EDM module. We have plans to implement BMV and eMAR in the future, so if you have experience with those modules that would be seen as a plus. I am looking for a team player that works well with co-workers and customers, and can work independently with little supervision.
