For those sites that have implemented BMV/eMAR - I have several questions about post go live monitoring
1. What are you monitoring? (Scanning compliance, variance times, documentation issues etc..??) 2. What tools are you using (I have not found the standard Meditech reports to be helpful. For example - the Scan Medication detail report does not filter out medications that were not given) 3. Whose responsibility is it to monitor? If anyone has developed any NPR reports to assist with BMV/eMAR monitoring I would greatly appreciate if you could post them to the list.
