Does anyone use Meditech for Code documentation? We are exploring the
option of no longer documenting on a paper flow sheet and instead having
the scribe document directly into Meditech and wondered if anyone has an
example that they would share.

When the screen is filed - we are considering an autoprint out - the
sheet could be signed by the physician and then faxed to pharmacy , the
medications could be ordered and then documented on in the eMAR.

If anyone has anything that they could share - I would greatly appreciate
it!

Thanks,
Sue
