Hello L'ers, I'm looking for any of you who are on C/S and are currently using the eMAR in a Pediatric setting. I would like to know what others have come up with regarding the PHA drug dictionary build and/or order entry process for Pediatric and Neonatal IV medications that best ensures safe dosing and administration.
