We use 3M for our Medical Necessity Dictionary updates and we are having issues with the Medical Necessity billing codes being removed if they no longer meet effective status. We are also having this problem if the system should remove certain DXs from the billing code if applicable. I'm wondering if other facilities are experience this same issue and if so, what are you doing to remedy the problem? All information is greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance. Clayton H.
