We are in need to make some changes to the CDS that is in the ORM parameters for the operative portion of the or record. It is our understanding from postings off of the "L" that if the CDS is changed in the parameters you are not able to look at prior documentation. I know that in NUR for and intervention if you attach the old CDS to a non-patient department that still keeps it active per say so that the staff can still retrieve the documenation and print it on a profile. How are places handling this in ORM ?
