Has anyone else observed an interface issue with the Ortho ProVue analyzer results? Everything worked fine throughout implementation, validation, and a week of LIVE, but now the results side of the interface isn't working at all. After a month, Ortho admits they are apparently sending "NRD" (no results mnemonic) and that appears to create an interface error. They indicate a process change by staff can eliminate the NRD's (which we're not very confident of), but haven't communicated the steps to us yet. I was hoping to communicate with anyone who has seen either intermittent or complete failure of the results interface to take a group approach to get Ortho to fix their software. This may be related to their notification last month to users about an issue with a Cerner interface sending/storing incorrect test results? Thanks, Paul
