Brenda, With the cursor on the room for which you want to move the cases, go to Options then Rearrange Cases. This will let you move the cases to later in the day.

We have a question concerning rearranging cases on the schedule. Right now if we need to move the 3rd case of the day by say 25 minutes we have to go in and move each case individually that follows that case and then move the 3rd case. Is there a key stroke that we don't know about that would enable us to move all of the cases in that room from the 3rd case on by 25 minutes instead of having to move each case one at a time ?
