We'd had very positive experiences with our Meditech Magic hardware
acquired from JJWild. We've been on MAGIC OSAL since 2002, using IBM
direct attached servers. During the 4.5 years we ran OSAL with IBM
direct attached, we had 3 disk drive failures and two DLT tape drive
failures all of which were handled very well by JJWILD working with IBM
- we had no downtime as a result of these failures. JJWild is our
first point of contact in the event of a hardware problem with Meditech.
In 4th quarter of 2006 we searched for vendors who could help us replace
our direct attached with an ISB Blade Server San based configuration and
move our production Meditech system to an offsite data center at the
same time. After going through a very competitive process with
several vendors we chose JJWILD - and have been extremely happy with the
result. Our new HP Blade Center servers, EMC SAN, and Bridgehead
configuration was installed in a remote data center, tested, and our
LIVE system migrated with minimal downtime with nearly everything going
according to plan - it was a very complex project and JJWild was key to
our success. I'd happy to discuss our experiences in more detail if
you desire. Regards,

Mike
