We are in the process of re-organizing our IT and CI departments and rethinking the "super user" model we currently are using for Meditech. I have any of you pulled those super users under IT and out of the departments? Basically I am curious to see how your Meditech support staff is organized. Any information would be appreciated and useful in our research.
