I think this just makes the point of how important a good working relationship is from the beginning. There have been times I have been less than satisfied with Meditech and other vendors, but found that with direct communication and asking for additional assistance from vendor staff other than the primary contact, if necessary, usually gets issues resolved satisfactorily. Teams from JJWILD and MEDITECH worked round the clock to get us recovered.
