We now have the ProVue interface working. I worked directly with John Heimber and Amy Brant from Ortho this morning. Apparently the Ortho software was saving old data and trying to send it through the interface, causing the results interface to crash, which in turn crashed the download interface portion until the interface was turned back on.
Through the ProVue software, we could not even see the old data (it typically only stores viewable results for 72 hours)that was crashing the interface. We cleared some old *.bak files from the Ortho ProVue computer and had to delete and re-initialize the host.db database file, then the interfaces worked fine again.
