Hello All
We are in the process of implementing the Scanning and Archiving
module here at our facility. We have been the Beta site for Meditech SCA
module. As our Core team we have selected a group of individuals from HIM
and IT mainly, but have included others as other areas are affected.
HIM Director
HIM Manager
HIM Spec
IT director
Facility forms coordinator (which happens to be our HIM Director)
Pt Registration Manager and Supervisor
We started with the point of contact 1st and we are still working out the
bugs for the Medical Records side of the system. WE are making some headway
at this point
If I can be of assistance on other questions please feel free to contact me
Thanks

Subject: [MEDITECH-L] Magic 5.5;Implementation of Meditech's Scanninbg and
Archiving module
We’re going to start the implementation process for Meditech’s Scanning and
Archiving module soon; wondering what others that have already implemented
the product would recommend for the core team members. Or helpful
implementation tips?
Any information you may provide would be appreciated. Thanks, Joyce.
