At the PHA show/tell at MUSE this year, I showed a way to have the outstanding hold acknowledgements print continuously to a screen (refreshes every 10 seconds). It is on the MUSE website 1) Members only 2) Library 3) international conf 4) 2007 Internal MUSE 5) Show and Tell/Jam sessions section. File contains the powerpoint and NPR reports (Magic)
