I heard in a discussion a few years ago - the term - "break the glass
box" for when a physician/clinician accepts a warning message about a
confidential/unassociated patient record and elects to view it anyway.

Since then, I've been unable to determine if we're talking about the
warning box for confidential patients, or the warning when it is an
unassociated patient (belongs to another doctor or group) - or
something more.

Does anyone know of a way to enable the "glass box" for unassociated
visits - and further - how to specifically audit for instances when the
"glass box has been broken" or when the warning message has been noted
and bypassed.
