We are having problems with our set up of our OR equipment. Currently we have each piece of equipment that needs to be reserved set in the resource schedule dictionary in CWS. This has worked well for us except for cases that are rescheduled. If I have a case scheduled for today and then have to reschedule it to 3 weeks out, if there is a case with that same piece of equipment, same mnemonic from pref card, overbooking error is alerted. Even if we know it is ok to move the case and there is enough equipment for that date and time, mnemonics do not change. Does anyone else have this set up the same and found a solution?
