Hi! I'm feeling really needy this week on the L. Sorry about that but I know you all are a great source of information. I am looking to see if anyone has ever created a short survey form for users at a vendor fair. We are hosting a vendor fair here at the hospital next week and I need to put together some type of survey to get input. It will be carts, wall mounts, and tablets. I don't know what has worked best for you in terms of a survey if you have ever done this before to get a good response and make a decision. Any help you can give is appreciated.
