I am trying to get a grip on the correct use of the -91 modifier. How would you code the following two examples (ie. for each example, would you or would you not attach 91 to the 2nd K of the day)?
1. BMP (80048) in the morning, K (84132) in the afternoon. 2. K (84132) in the morning, K (84132) in the afternoon. Thanks for any/all advice!
