You need to write your report in the insurance ledger segment of BAR.PAT. ins.adj, ins.balance, ins.rcpt, ins.ref are all money fields you could return. This segment also shows the number of adjustments, receipts, and refunds if you wish to return that information.
When writing reports, having the DPM open and being referred to helps greatly. DPMs can either be printed from the NPR module or are listed online @ Meditech.com. Happy coding!
