We are also a CS site and SR2. We had to make sure our coders are set up in MEDITECH as 3 Tier. Some of us have laptops and some desktops; they will of course need a provider and a router. We log in through VPN and if we have desktop at work, we also have one at home and remote assistance so we can remote into our desktop at work, it's great. If they have laptops they just take them home and VPN in.
