Our nurses use the label that prints from the Pyxis machine. They tape
this label to the IV bag.

Hi All

Currently we are using Pyxis for distributing IVs and Piggybacks to
patient on the floor; unfortunately they don't have labels on the bags.
The doctors see their patient without a label on the IV hanging and
don't know if the patient should be receiving the medication or not.
Could we have a printer in the medication room that would print out a
label as the nurse accesses it from Pyxis? Before you say no, the
information comes from Pyxis to Medi-Tech; could this trigger a Print
Label in Medi-tech to the printer in the med room? What do you think?
