Sherlene,
I know how frustrating this can be. Here is what I am using- On the query - DAT=FREE JFY=L LEN=70 [EMAIL PROTECTED]"RX.SI",COUNT <mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED],COUNT> ] On the line attribute - ECB="RX.SI"^ADM.PAT.ccdqr.query,@Last(ADM.PAT.ccdqr.mult.seq.no)^AAA, ECB=AAA^ALL, ECB=0^COUNT,DO{1+COUNT^COUNT'>ALL ., ECE=.}, Terry Angeloni Clinical Application Specialist II Provena Health Information Services 2175 W. I'm building the report in ADM.PAT, but I believe the query lives in NUR, as that is where it is documented. I have tried pulling it in directly with a custom field, and when that didn't work, I built a fragment in NUR.PC.WORK, and tried calling it from there. Still no luck. It is a free text query, with multiple lines. I've never been able to pull query responses with multiple lines. Maybe it's not the way I have it built as much as it is a problem with the multiple lines. Can anyone help me please? I'll be happy to send you the files, so you can see what I have been trying to do. Thanks, Sherlene Christen Sr Analyst_IT Duke Raleigh Hospital Pharmacy Department 3400 Wake Forest Rd.
